Abstract: In article an assessment of a state and efficiency of use of the main funds of the enterprises of fish branch of Kamchatka Krai is given. The basis of production capacity of the enterprises of fish branch is made by the fishery fleet and the coastal fish-processing enterprises. However their technical condition is at the critical level. Need of updating of production potential is proved in article. Process of reproduction of fixed assets of a fishery complex of Kamchatka Krai is contradictory: on the one hand, the need for investments into fixed capital is obvious; on the other hand, indicators of efficiency of use and utilization of capacity are low. The mechanism of influence of reproduction policy of the enterprise on competitiveness growth is considered. The scheme of management of investment into updating of fixed capital of the enterprises of fish branch is offered. Quantitative criteria of optimization of the program of investment into updating of fixed capital of the enterprises of fish branch are marked out.
