Abstract: In the conditions of reduction of a gain of a manpower paramount value gets increase of their qualitative characteristics, rational use of the available manpower and employment of the agricultural population. Authors allocated the following tendencies in providing the village with a manpower: reduction of number of country people at working-age, reduction the number of personnel in all branches of agricultural production, deterioration of gender structure of country people, reduction the number of rural youth. Prospects of development of rural school, education and education of youth are inseparable from prospects of development of the village and rural economy, closely interconnected, interdependent and interdependent. Both the state, and society should put a lot of effort for restoration of healthy labor morals, return of concepts of moral and healthy relationship, an environment of the person of work by respect and honor.
