Abstract: Use of technologies taking into account the level of their intensity promotes stabilization and increase in production of competitive production of plant growing. Important feature of modern technologies is that they provide possibility of obtaining the set quantitative and qualitative characteristics (productivity, quality of production, specific expenses of material resources, work, energy and finance). For realization of modern technologies, in specific conditions of activity of the organizations, strategic, tactical and operational management is important. The article reveals the peculiarities of operational control and its importance in the system of control of technological operations of crop production. Efficiency of operational management of technological processes in plant growing significantly depends on the rational organization of its functions on the basis of optimum structure of the coordinated information. The operating control is connected with other functions of operational management as at the repeating cycles of receptions and operations, and in the situational mode therefore can have considerable impact on effective management of technological process of production of crop production.
