Abstract: The authors consider the elements of the methodology of interdisciplinary research reproduction of labor potential of rural areas; identification of new interconnections and interdependence between the system of reproduction of labor potential of rural areas and guests of involvement in a market turnover of unused or poorly used resources; the prospects of the diversification of agriculture and development of rural and urban labour markets.
