Abstract: Need of formation of the centers of the advancing economic development within the regional spatial localized economic system is caused by their perspective opportunities and the increased efficiency of economic activity in comparison with traditional forms of interaction of subjects of agrarian regional economic systems. In article the organizational structure of the center of the advancing development on the basis of association of technologically connected agricultural producers is offered, the optimizing economic-mathematical model directed on increase of efficiency of functioning of the regional center of the advancing development that will allow to get the maximum profit for each of participants of formation at minimization of expenses is developed. Authors developed the general algorithm of creation of the center of the advancing economic development allowing to consider all stages of formation of this structure within region economy.
