Abstract: In modern market economy it is possible to fight for environment by economic methods. The weakest link of the operating mechanism of management of environmental management is insufficient economic interest of the enterprises in effective use of natural resources and in respect for the environment. In system of measures for stimulation of nature protection and energy saving activity development and purposeful use of the economic mechanism of impact on production which has to create conditions for increase of a direct material interest of labor staff of the enterprises in ensuring rational use of natural resources, protection and reproduction of natural resources are important. The environmental management mechanism (in narrow sense) has to become part of the general mechanism regulating functioning of separate productions in a natural and grocery vertical and to be focused on the end results. In view of possibility of an associativity of mechanisms of environmental management for various complexes, there are possibilities of a combination of these types. As an example of turning on of the economic mechanism of environmental management in the general mechanism covering all natural and grocery vertical, its coordination with "postnatural" mechanisms and orientation to the end results it is possible to give possible creation of system of taxes for a natural and grocery vertical for the rigid mechanism of environmental management.
