Abstract: Innovative development of agroindustrial complex is impossible without the establishment and operation of new formations. One of the promising agribusiness development models based on the cooperation of its members, is an agro-industrial park. The article estimated the benefits of the cluster approach to the development of the rural economy, proved its effectiveness. Identify existing and potential participants of the cooperation within the framework of the agro-industrial park. The scheme of the movement of agricultural products from the manufacturer to the consumer, where the mediator is agroprompark, which avoids all kinds of dealers and generate high value added. The experience of the Republic of Tatarstan, which has successfully operated OJSC "Agro-Park "Kazan" and largely contributing to the problems of peasant (individual) farms. Therefore, the practice of demonstrating the usefulness of establishing agro-industrial parks in all regions of Russia.
